In the State Treasurer's office, we take pride in our customer service. And we know that paying taxes, though required by law and essential to making government work, is not one of our most enjoyable experiences. So we want to do whatever we can to make this process easier, and more convenient, for you.

For instance, we know that navigating the bureaucracy can be painful and confusing. That is why we have put together here, in streamlined form, the key information you need to know about the different kinds of taxes and where and how to pay them. As you can see, the Treasurer's office itself only collects some of the taxes directly, though we do manage and protect all of the money that is paid in to the state government. Rest assured that we work hard every day to take care of your money carefully and conscientiously.
