- If you would like to know where the tax bill for a property is being sent, call your County Treasurer or visit their website. A Directory of County Treasurers can be obtained by accessing the County Treasurers Association of Ohio website www.ctao.com or you may call (614) 517-5072.
- If you wish to report a problem associated with an abandoned property owned by a financial institution, please use the attached list in Excel format. (Last updated January 11, 2008. This document is subject to change.)
- If you have an adjustable rate mortgage and are looking to refinance, you might want to consider checking out the following programs. The Opportunity Loan Refinance Program, www.ohiohome.org , and FHA Secure Program, http://www.fha.gov/about/fhasfact.cfm , are government programs that work with lenders to encourage loans for people that have been adversely affected by adjustable rate mortgages.
